BIOSS SA’s history in South Africa dates back to the 1970’s when our methodologies and ideas were used informally in a number of organisations.
In the 1980’s BIOSS SA’s work in South Africa officially began and gained momentum in companies such as Anglo American where Stratified Systems Theory (SST) was widely applied.
In 1989 BIOSS SA was founded under the name Third Foundation Systems (TFS).
During the 1990’s Third foundation Systems (TFS) steadily established a blue-chip client base using BIOSS International’s intellectual property.
In 1998 BIOSS SA was established after the merger between the training unit from Maccauvlei and Third Foundation Systems (TFS).
Since its establishment in 1998 BIOSS SA has grown into one of the preeminent management consulting companies in South Africa.
