BIOSS SA has developed its own online talent and data management system called Genie. The Genie system enables organisations to not only store their capability assessment data and results but also allows for organisational design functionality through creating mode plots and talent maps which assist with talent pipelining, succession planning and ensures effective departmental and organisational structuring.
Additionally, the Genie system allows users to create talent dashboards using capability assessment results as well as the integration of other assessment tool information.
