Apie started his career as a Process Operator in a Chemical Plant. After 10 successful years in production, he felt the need for a change and started to study Human Resources. With his hands on knowledge of production in the Mining, Metallurgical and Chemical Industries he is able to effectively implement practical solutions regarding Human Resources which benefit a production environment.
Apie joined the BIOSS SA team as an Associate in 2008. He was trained as an IRIS practitioner in the mid 1990’s and become a CPA practitioner in 2004. Apie has had the privilege of operationally implementing the principles of matrix of work from concept to practice over a period of 6 years; giving him the opportunity to experience the value and benefits of the theory in the working environment before he started consulting.
