Dilnaaz is a registered Industrial Psychologist. She gained 10 years of corporate experience within the media industry where she built broad Human Resources skills and specialised within the Talent Management domain. During that time she also trained as a CPA practitioner. In 2010 she established herself as an independent consultant and also completed a post-graduate Diploma in coaching. She has worked with clients within government and the private sector, including the fields of architecture, media, tertiary education and manufacturing environments.
