Alois Mushayandebvu is an experienced professional and director with a solid history of working in the management consulting industry. He has been a complexity sciences practitioner associated with BIOSS since early 1990. He is skilled in action learning, board level leadership and strategic management, executive selection and development, performance improvement and organisation development.
Alois has a B.Sc. hons (Psychology) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Post Grad. Diploma (Industrial Psychology) also from the University of Zimbabwe, an MA (Industrial & Organisational Psychology) from the University of Cape Town and an ACCA Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance. He is in his final year of a Doctorate in Business Administration with the University of Liverpool.
He has over three decades of post graduate work experience. He currently is Executive Director for AdviserGuru a business psychology consulting firm since 2008. He was a founder and Managing Director for Mabele Breweries a sorghum beer brewer in Botswana and General Manager for Chibuku Breweries in Zimbabwe. Has held a number of senior Human Resources positions in the mining, fast consumer goods, petroleum and insurance industries.
Among a number of directorship he has held, he currently is deputy Chairman of BA ISAGO University in Botswana.
