I started off by studying my psychology degree at UNISA. I then proceeded the complete my honours in Psychology. I am a qualified psychometrist registered with the HPCSA with 3 years’ experience in the field of psychometry. I have also completed a programme in Organisation Development (OD) and a programme in Business Management.
I started my career off by working for a company called JVR Safety as an OD consultant of which I gained valuable experience learning about the mining industries and other large industries, such as Unilever, Illovo Sugar, Sasol and many more. I then moved onto complete my psychometry internship with JvR Africa, where I gained valuable experience with the use of many different assessments for many different organisations and industries. After I completed my internship I applied for a psychometrist role with the VWSA Training Academy where I took on additional duties as an HR Consultant for six dealerships. I worked for the VWSA Training Academy for 2.5 years.
I have now joined Bioss SA as a Senior Psychometrist/Consultant.
