Lerato completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Pretoria and holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Varsity College.
In 2024, she completed her internship at Bioss SA. During this time, she completed her Psychometry programme at the University of Johannesburg. Lerato has since become a qualified Psychometrist and is registered with the HPCSA. Her practical experience extends to working in educational, medicolegal and organisational settings, focusing on Psychometric assessments.
Lerato is interested in human behaviour and how it shapes an individual’s identity and decisions. By understanding these behavioural patterns, she aims to help people reach their full potential by boosting areas like career guidance, therapy, and personal growth.
