Career Path Appreciation (CPA)
The CPA is a 1-on-1 semi-structured interview used to assess an individual’s current and future ability to handle uncertainty in decision-making, as well as the individual’s decision-making style in the face of uncertainty.
Modified Career Path Appreciation (MCPA)
The MCPA is the online version of the CPA. It is an internet-based questionnaire validated in a 45min to 1 hour telephonic interview.
MCPA – SCAN
The MCPA-SCAN is derived from the full MCPA. It is a semi-automated process where candidates complete an online questionnaire (approx. 1.5 hours) but no validation interview is required.
Initial Recruitment Interview Schedule (IRIS)
The IRIS is a 1-on-1 semi-structured interview used to assess an individual’s current and future ability (up to 15 years ahead) to handle uncertainty in decision-making.
